Your credit or debit card will be charged in full for the total cost only after the booking has been confirmed.
You have the option of amending your booking, including the dates and choice of hotel (subject to availability and price), up to 48 hours before check-in.
You may cancel any booking up to 48 hours prior to check-in (unless otherwise stated in the offer text) and receive a voucher for the full amount of your booking, valid for 12 months. Alternatively, you may request a payment refund, minus a cancellation charge of 25% of the total booking. This charge also applies to part cancellations.
No refund for cancellations received within 48 hours of check-in.
