Blair Castle Trekking Centre

Kids and adults 12 years and over can enjoy guided trekking into the heather-covered hills of Highland Perthshire.  From beginners to advanced, the centre offers 1-hour or 2-hour rides, or can organise a private pony trek for up to 6 people for up to a day, providing a picnic lunch along the way.

Only half-an-hour from the Dunalastair Hotel Suites, in the heart of Aberfeldy, this award-winning bookshop, gallery, café and design-led homeware shop is situated in a converted oatmeal mill.  This delightful bookshop has regular readings for children, and loans of books for kids between the ages of 4 and 12.  And don't forget to sample the bread made with their own flour.
