Refurbished 2019 and now established as one of the best restaurants in Edinburgh, Restaurant at the Bonham offers an eclectic menu of European inspired food with a Scottish twist, using the best of local suppliers and ingredients.
The A La Carte Menu has some creative and inspiring dishes from the Head Chef, you can find a delicious starter of Hebridean smoked salmon with crab remoulade, pickled shallot, avocado purée and lemon gel. After you wash this down with one of delicious wines carefully selected by our Food and Beverage Manager, Judith de Vries, you can choose from one of the delicious main courses of roast borders pheasant with haggis croquette, turnip purée and creamed brussel sprouts. Or why not choose our main course of scrabster halibut served with cockles, clams, mussels and heritage carrots. Finish with one of the decadent desserts like the chocolate and hazelnut cremeux with blood orange and hazelnut crumb. After dinner, retire to the new Consulting Room bar, to try one of the many whiskies or perhaps after dinner liquor.
