As you are shown to a comfy seat in the airy Dining Room you are walking on history! The wooden flooring is 125 years old and made from carriages used to transport troops in France during the first and second world wars. Enjoy delicious dishes made using ingredients from quality Scottish suppliers and take in the friendly atmosphere. Watch as the light sparkles off the vintage chandeliers, all of which were sourced from homes in Paris, Vienna, St Petersburg and Milan.

Passionate about serving great food and drinks in a warm, stylish and friendly environment, the drinks cabinets are stocked with great gins, interesting wines and of course Tank Beer - the centre-piece of a diverse beer range. The chef creates luxurious comfort dishes across the food menus, so you'll find quality ingredients, classic dishes and a few gourmet twists and surprises along the way. Think lobster mac & cheese, creamy chicken, leek & smoked bacon pie or even silky vanilla & cranberry creme brûlée ...delicious.

At the heart of every great neighbourhood bar is a quality pint. Black Ivy serves up a range of hoppy goodness, with refreshing lagers, craft creations and guest taps on rotation. The jewel in the crown is their Tank Beer, the crispest, freshest pint you'll ever taste! - their words not ours, try it and let us know what you think.
You'll find more-ish nibbles on the Bar Bites menu or you can grab the full menu if you feel like something more substantial. If you enjoy live music you will love the Drafthouse, as its stage plays host to some of the city's finest musicians and, while the beer is cold, you'll always find a warm welcome here.
The hotel have a very busy and lively bar at weekends, with a DJ playing from 9.30pm on Friday and Saturday until 1am.
If you like life with a touch of al fresco, the Terrace is manna from Heaven. Overlooking the leafy Links park, it's the perfect spot to enjoy a couple of cold drinks and watch the world go by. With canopies and heaters to protect from the elements you can sip a well made Old Fashioned or one of many other fabulous cocktails on offer and relax in any weather.
If you're more of an early bird than a night owl, then pick your favourite spot and ease yourself into the day gently, with a small batch coffee and a couple of newspapers to browse. Whatever the occasion, from sunup to sundown, the Terrace lets you kick back and chill-out.
The outdoor Terrace is open until 1am every day of the week.
