Therapist Assignment
Our spa team includes both male and female therapists. Your treatment may be provided by either. If you have any preferences regarding your therapist, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate your request.
 

Your arrival
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment time. Late arrivals will receive only the remainder of their scheduled treatment however; the full treatment fee will apply. Treatments will finish at the scheduled time to avoid delays for the next client.

Please ensure all valuables are kept; The Spa at The Quay cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
 

Leisure Facilities
We are proud to offer a luxury, tranquil spa environment for all guests:
Complimentary use of the pool and wellness facilities for hotel guests: 6:30am–9am and 5:15pm–9pm.
Relaxation room access during your visit – please keep noise to a minimum
Aqua Aerobics on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1pm–1:45pm; please note there may be loud music during this time.
 

Children Swim Times
8:15am–9am and 5:15pm–6pm.
Intake Forms
You will receive an Intake Form via email. Please complete this at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Your Comfort
Your comfort and privacy are our priority. All treatments are carried out professionally, following strict consent, draping, and client care protocols.
Health Conditions and Pregnancy
Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment or meal. If you are pregnant, some treatments may be unsuitable, particularly during the first trimester.
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required on booking.
For bookings of up to 4 guests: 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule
For groups of 5 of more: 7 days' notice required
Group bookings are non-refundable. Requests received after the notice period will not be accepted.
 

Additional information
The Spa at The Quay operates a "Whisper Only" policy. Please keep noise levels to a minimum and devices on silent.
Treatments, thermal access, and gym access are strictly for guests aged 18 and over.

Hotel residents will receive complimentary access to our Wellness Facilities from 7am-9am / 5:15pm-8pm.

If hotel residents wish to make use of these facilities between 9am-5pm, there will be an additional cost of £25 per person for a 2-hour slot to be booked directly with the hotel. Pre-booking is essential and subject to availability.
