Bohemia aims to delight its customers with great service in a relaxed atmosphere with food that combines flavours and textures that wow, using local produce and seafood as well as sourcing direct from France which is only 14 miles away from Jersey.
Led by Callum Graham, Bohemia's team has one goal, to delight their guests. The restaurant is proud to have held a Michelin Star for 20 years.
The restaurant offers local produce including Jersey milk, Jersey royals, crab, lobster, scallops, seabass, Royal Bay oysters, shiitake mushrooms and Jersey asparagus. Seaweeds, sea herbs, berries and more are all foraged to order on the island.
Bohemia's Chef's Table
The Chef's Table is in the heart of the kitchen over looking the pass. Without doubt the best table in the house where all the action is. Available for 4-6 guests, advanced booking is essential.
Bohemia's Club Bar & Roof Terrace offers lunch, dinner and afternoon teas rated in the top ten in the UK.
The Club Bar Roof Terrace enjoys the sun all day with umbrellas and olive trees for shade while eating lunch or afternoon tea. It offers the perfect spot for drinks, a bar lunch or afternoon tea.
Open all day during the summer, spot the mint, strawberries, sage and more growing ready to be picked for cocktails.
Bohemia's bar menu offers a relaxed casual dining experience that offers choices from one to three courses including dishes that range from smoked salmon salad to Comte cheese burgers and light bites like Spiced Cauliflower Bites through to 8 oz Ribeye steaks.
Bohemia bar menu is available lunch and dinner seven days a week.
Afternoon Tea
Their famous afternoon tea is created by Bohemia's in house pâtisserie team and is served in The Club Bar, on Bohemia's Roof Terrace and around The Club's outdoor pool.
As well as traditional afternoon tea with sandwiches, scones and cakes, they also offer an amazing savoury afternoon tea, that includes cured meats, sausage rolls, quiche, selection of cheeses and more.
They can also offer afternoon tea hampers to enjoy.
Taste of Wine Thursdays
Every Thursday from 5pm till 6.30pm Bohemia Bar offers its Taste of Wine event. Their Sommelier selects three sparkling, three whites and three red wines to taste back to back.
You choose which trio you want to try. Along with your three wines, the sommelier will serve some small canapes to enjoy with your wine and information on each of the wines. Each flight of three wines including canapes is £17.50 per person. Booking not required.
The Honesty Bar
For exclusive use of hotel guests is their Honesty Bar, where guests can select and mix their own drinks at any time of the day and night.
