The Garden Room is a thoughtfully curated dining experience, inspired by the vibrant flavours of Europe and Yorkshire's local bounty, with the relaxed ambiance of a charcuterie and wine bar. We champion small plate dining; perfect for sharing and socialising, complemented by carefully selected wine and craft beer lists.
Our menu features fresh, seasonal ingredients from Yorkshire's local producers, artisans and estate farms. Expect a diverse range of offerings—from expertly cured meats and artisanal cheeses to fresh seafood, seasonal vegetables, and dishes designed for grazing and tasting.
The Garden Room is open seven days a week 12noon – 8.30pm.
The Brasserie is the perfect place to catch up for lunch, or to sit with friends for dinner and enjoy a much deserved glass of wine after a hectic day. Why not enjoy your food, weather-permitting, on the terrace; a real sun-trap for those wishing to enjoy our impressive views over The Dales.
Brasserie Serving Times
Lunch is served from 12noon until 2.00pm. Monday to Saturday, 12noon until 3.00pm Sunday.
Dinner is served from 5.30pm until 9.00pm. Monday to Wednesday, and 6pm to 9pm Thursday to Sunday
