If you're looking for an adult-only restful retreat, deep in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, then this is the right place. Housed in an ancient barn, adjacent to the hotel, The Devonshire Spa is one of the most exclusive retreats in the county. With wonderful spaces, an expert team of staff, and the tranquility of the Dales on your doorstep, it's a spa you'll want to return to time and time again.

At The Devonshire Spa, there are four generously-sized therapy rooms, an hydrotherapy swimming pool, plus a relaxation space and lounge with views over the gorgeous countryside.

The hydrotherapy pool creates a more relaxing spa-like experience, with warmer water, Jacuzzi seats, bubble recliners, massage jets and water features.

Want to work up a sweat before you wind down? The gym has cardio, weights and resistance zones. It's ready to get your body toned before the pampering begins.

If the spa is not available to use during your stay, you will find a complimentary spa gift in your bedroom andthe therapists are still able to offer treatments with a 10% discount.

7.00am to 8.00pm – Monday to Friday

7.00am to 7.00pm – Saturday & Sunday

Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to use the spa facilities.

In an effort to be greener it would be appreciated if you could bring suitable footwear for use during your spa visit, e.g. flipflops.

Hotel Resident Spa Access

60-minute sessions are available to book on a first come first served basis, therefore please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to use the spa facilities while you are with us. Alternatively, spa experiences can be pre-booked for during the day, to include longer spa access and treatments. To reserve a slot, please contact [email protected] or call 01756 718100. Gym access is available throughout the day and a booking slot is not required, feel free to drop by at your leisure.

Resident spa slot times are available between:

Monday – Friday 7am – 6.45pm

Saturday & Sunday 7am – 5.45pm.
