The onsite restaurant and bar will be open on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays and occasionally serve Sunday lunches, this will be more regular in school holidays.
The restaurant is open from 5.30pm. Please note. The restaurant is closed between November – March.
Monday is Pizza night, Thursday and Friday is Streetfood and Saturdays is Classic Dining.
During school holidays it opens for lunches and breakfast on some days.

Excitingly the talented MasterChef semi-finalist has taken on ownership of the restaurant! Providing The Valley guests and local residents with delicious, fresh, local cuisine.
Ondine has previously worked alongside renowned chefs, including Matt Tebbott, Jean Christophe Novelle and Sophie Grigson and has been awarded Chef of The Year and Spice Chef of The Year for consecutive years.
