Outdoor Pool
The outdoor pool is heated from mid/end of June to mid-September, allowing you to enjoy a dip during the summer holidays. The outdoor pool is situated by their on site restaurant. Bookings for the outdoor heated pool will also soon be available, ideal for a bit of summer fun. However, please note that the outdoor pool will not be available for exclusive hire and use. The outdoor swimming pool is open between 9 am and 9 pm.
Indoor Swimming Pool
The indoor swimming pool is open most of the year and is booked by families or individuals staying at The Valley for exclusive use, so you can enjoy private time at the pool.
Book a 30-minute slot the morning prior to the day when you want to use it so that you get the whole pool just for yourself, pre booking is essential and is subject to availability. The swimming pool is open between 9 am and 9 pm.
The indoor pool is closed between November – mid December and also throughout January.
Spa Pool
Take some time to rejuvenate during your stay in the glorious spa pool. This fantastic experience is beneficial for aching muscles, relaxation and mental well-being! Again, you can book the Indoor Pool / Spa pool for 30-minute slots the day before you want to use it, meaning you get it all to yourself. Pre booking is essential and is subject to availability.
Fitness Suite
Satisfy your fitness bug with high-performance equipment at The Valley's Fitness Suite. Including a cross trainer, an exercise bike and a treadmill, along with unique ab workout exercises for added toning. Book a 30-minute slot the morning prior to the day when you want to use it so that you get the whole pool just for yourself, pre booking is essential and is subject to availability.
Tennis and Squash
Racquet sports lovers will be in their element when they take to the exclusive courts.
The Valley have tennis and squash courts which are available exclusively for use by The Valley's guests.
Whether you want to get the heart racing with an adrenaline-fuelled competitive match, enjoy a relaxed game with friends, or practice your first swings, the courts are here for you to perfect your play! Equipment to play tennis or squash is also provided, including balls and rackets, should you want to borrow any.
Games Room
Our Games Room is equipped with a Foosball table, Table Tennis table and Pool table for thrilling games with family and friends. You can also hop onto the PlayStation and enjoy a range of gaming experiences solo or with friends. Choose from a variety of board games to play; you can even take them back to your cottage for a fun family games night.
Pre-booking 30 minutes slots for the indoor pool, spa pool and fitness suite is required for private use, subject to availability
