- The hotel is spread over an estate, rooms are situated in annexes across the estate. The bar, leisure and restaurant are all in separate buildings.
- When booking a Lake View Room please be aware that in certain months of the year the Lake View can be slightly obstructed by the beautiful trees in full bloom.

The hotel has three car parks offering free car parking to all guests.

Is Rutland Hall Lodges accessible for disabled guests?
All Lake View rooms have a shower over the bath. There are two Classic rooms with an accessible bathroom, please contact us to check availability.
Both bedroom blocks have a lift but there is no lift in the main house.
The hotel is spread over an estate, rooms are situated in annexes across the estate. The bar, leisure facilities and restaurant are all in separate buildings and require stair or path access, therefore this may be less suitable for guests with mobility issues.
There is a golf buggy to transport guests to the bar and restaurant if required.
Can children stay at Rutland Hall Lodges?
Children are welcome, family-friendly rooms are available. Some Deluxe Rooms have a single sofa bed and some Superior Rooms have a double sofa bed that can accommodate a maximum of two children or one additional adult (upgrade supplement for a Superior will apply).
Please ask our team for details. Children aged 3 - 12 are charged at £20 per child per day including breakfast. Children over 12 are charged at £40 per child per day including breakfast. Cots are charged at £10 per day.
The grounds
Rutland may be England's smallest county, but there are many places of interest, things to do as a family or activities for a rainy-day in this historic county. Set at its heart is Rutland Water, an area of outstanding beauty, popular for cycling, fishing, bird-watching and watersports. Perfect for your next country hotel break.
The Internationally famous nature reserve, an area of Special Scientific Interest on the western shores, features twenty-seven bird hides and two visitor centres where you can observe the many waterfowl that reside within its sanctuary.
Does Rutland Hall Lodges allow dogs?
Canine companions are welcome within the hotel grounds, on the outside terrace, bar and within selected accommodation at a charge of £25 per night, per dog. Please note that dog friendly rooms are on the ground floor, therefore have a restricted or no view of the lake.
They would then provide your friends with a dog bed, a toy and 2 dog bowls so they can enjoy their stay. Dogs should not be left unattended at any time.
